Alle den geenen welke iets te pretendeeren hebben, ofte verschuldigd zyn aan den Heer Ph. Schermeester, gelieve daar van opgaave en betaaling te doen ter zyner Domicilium, also zyn Edele van voorneemens is; met het last vertrekkend Convooy deeze Colonie te verlaaten.

HUWELYKS BEKENDMAAKING. [heading]
Alzo den Heer P. C. Mickerts, meerderjaarig Jongman gebooren te Aken Ter Eenre en Mejuffrouwe Maria Threse [sic – also in following week's issue] Rose Germain Heber, wed: van wylen den Heer E. J. Muller ter andere zyde, van voorneemens zyn met elkanderen een wettig Huwelyk aantegaan, zoo als dezelve ook reeds, op den 3de deezer Maand voor Heeren Raaden Commissarissen uit den Edele Achtbaare Hove van Justitie deezer, in ondertrouw zyn opgenoomen, Zo word zulks mits deezer aan een iegelyk bekend gemaakt ten einde die geenen welke zoude vermeenen zig teegens dit voorgenoomen Huwelyk te kunnen opponeeren, zig kunnen addresseeren daar en zoo 't behoord.

TWEEDE EDICTALE CITATIE. [heading]

Kragtens Extract Notul der 14 daagsche Rolle dato 21 January dezes Jaar. worden door my ondergeschreevene Exploicteur, ter instantie van J. J. Kottwyk [sic] als nu laastelyk by den Edele Achtbaare Hove van Justitie, den 26e May 1804 alleen aangestelde Curator in den Boedel wylen P. F. Brotherson. Ten derdemale by Edicte GEDAGVAARD!
Alle bekende en onbekende Crediteuren van wylen den zelven P. F. Brotherson, Om te Compareeren voor de Heer Raad Commissaris zittende ter Audientie van de 14 daagsche Rolle op de Hoofdplaats Stabroek tegens den vyfriende April Eerstkomende en volgende dagen. - Ten einde te komen op en aan geeven hunnen pretentien, en tevens te die[?]en van dezelve sustinuen; Zullende na asloop der vierde Edicte tegens de non Comparanten worden geprocedeerd, tot verkryging van 't Eeuwig Silentium als Rechtens.

On Wednesday the 10th Instant will be Exposed for Sale to the highest Bidders, by Order of Mr. T. T. Thomson, in Rob's [sic] Town; - 211 boxes Claret, 18 ditto Starch, 90 do Candles, 22 barrels Beef, 57 half barrels ditto, 2 quarter casks old sherry Wine, 35 barrels Herrings, 3 ditto Mackrel, 8 Grind Stones, a parcel of Oars and Crockery Ware.

On Friday the 12th Instant will be Exposed for Sale to the highest Bidders, at the Vendue Office; - Sundry Dry Goods: Beef, Pork, and other Provisions.

On Wednesday the 17th Instant will be Exposed for Sale to the highest Bidders, by Order of Mr. Pieter Balmer, as Executor to the Estate of Johanna Maria Fussen deceased; - Wearing Apparel, Household Furniture consisting of tables, chairs, beds, glass ware &c. Also House Slaves and the half Lot of Land No. 61, with the Buildings thereon, situated in Stabroek, and a variety of other Articles.

The Subscribers have Imported in the Ship Elbe, - first Quality Madeira Wine. In Pipes, Hogsheads and Quarter Casks, - which they will Sell reasonably for Prompt Payment.

Van Dyk informs his Friends that he is just arrived in the Brig Sarah from London, and intending to return to that place in the next Month (May) he takes the Liberty of requesting their assistance in the Loading of his vessel, she being Coppered and Copper-Fastened, and only One Year Old; stands the first Class at Lloyd's. - Address at O. J. Laurin Esqr. Werk & Rust, opposite whose Premises the Vessel now lays.

The Subscribers are respectfully informed the first Concert will be Performed on Wednesday next, April 10th 1805, at the Great Room on Plantation Vlissengen: -

N.B.: There will be given a ball after the Concert.
No Coloured People will be admitted.

John Lewis very respectfully informs his Friends, and the Public in general, that he has purchased the shop and stock in Trade of Doctr. Henry B. Gall, well known for several Years in this Colony. In addition to which he momently expects a large supply of Medicines, Perfumery, Stationary, &c. - He has taken Mr. Gifford L. Davis into Copartnership, by whom the business will be conducted, under the firm of Gifford L. Davis & Co. at their Store opposite G. J. Goppy Esqr. Merchant New Town. This shop will in future be supplied direct from London, by one of the most respectable Chymists in that City, and as they propose to carry on the Druggist Business on a large Scale, a very handsome allowance will be made to whole Sale Cash Customers.

For Sale: - The Plantation Leyden situated up the River, West Bank, between the Lands of the Heirs of Lesten and the Heirs of Van der Mark, containing 100 Rods in front and 750 deep, the whole 250 Acres, (double and treble depth may easily be obtained) on said Plantation is a large Pasture to fatten Cattle; many fruit trees of various sorts, a Dwelling House 80 feet by 38 wide, a side Building 48 feet by 20 wide, divided for Kitchen, Store Room, and Hospital; a Carpenter's Loge 50 feet by 20 wide, a necessary, a Fish Pond, a Building for Poltry [sic], 60 feet by 16 wide, a Barn for cattle, 50 feet by 16 wide, a Stelling 150 feet long by 7 wide: all the Buildings is of this country wood, boarded and shingled in good order; the space on which the Buildings are erected is chiefly covered with Bricks, the Land is a rich soil, and with little cultivation will produce any specie of vegetable trees &c. For conditions of Sale please apply at the Office of N. Rousselet in Stabroek, No. 40.
N.B: Approved Notes and Produce, Bills,

Runaway from the Subscriber, a Black Man named Toby, formerly the Property of - Wagan deced: and was some time in the service of Joseph Taylor Esqr. A Reward of Two Joes will be given to any Person who will apprehend and deliver him to me, or lodge him in the Barracks, and a further Reward of Ten Joes will be given for full information of his being Harboured or Concealed by any Person, so that the Law can be rigidly enforced against them.
