His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor has been pleased to make the following Appointment: -
Charles O'Donnell, Esqr. to be Griffier (or Recorder) of the Orphan Chamber - vice F. A. Vernede, deceased.

For Sale. - The Premises now occupied by Mr. W. Gibson, in the district of Cumingsburg, consisting of an excellent and commodious Dwelling House, with every requisite out-building for the residence of a family; and an entire Lot of Land, well railed in.
