We understand that His Honor the President, in the course of an Address both eloquent and appropriate, took leave yesterday of the Court and Bar - preparatory to his departure for Europe.

Also, the Premises of J. P. Muncker, Esq. adjoining the public Stelling of Werk and Rust, with a Mud Lot. The Vendue to commence at 11 o'clock.
