His Excellency the Commander-in-Chief has been pleased to make the following Promotion in the Demerary Militia: -
Third Battalion - James Johnstone, Esqr. to be Major-Commandant; vice Firebrace, resigned.
Adjutant-General's Office, George-Town, Demerary, the 15th of May, 1816.
