Arrived since our last: - the ship Prince, from London; and the Planter, from Barbados.

At the Commissary court, of the 3d of June, will be passed, the following Transports, and Mortgages: -
1. By Peter and Charles M'Garel, Attornies of Thomas Naghten, Transport of One Half of Plantation Columbia, situated on the West coast of Essequebo, with the Buildings, Cultivation, and Negroes, thereto belonging - in favour of John M'Garel, q.q. Robert Lang, Nathaniel Snell Chauncey, and Philip Mononx [sic] Lucas.
2. By Charles Van Baerle, Proprietor of Plantation New Beehive, a Renewal of a First Mortgage vested on said Plantation, situated on the East Coast of Demerary, in favour of the Loan formerly under the direction of Mrs. D. W. Van Vlooten, now under the direction of Messrs. Ketwich and Voomberg, of Amsterdam.
3. By Richard Harding, Transport of Plantation Potosi, situated on the West Bank of the River Demerary, between Plantations Vive la force and Free and Easy, with all the Buildings, Cultivation, Negroes and further appurtenances thereto belonging: as also nine additional Negroes not attached to the said Plantation; the names thereof to be seen at the Secretary's Office of this Colony - to the Hon. V. A. Heyliger, q.q. Messrs. Portulje and Molkenboer.
4. By Richard Harding, Transport of the Concession or Lot No. 91, situated in Cumingsburg District: to H. B. Maggee.
5. By the Hon. W. Austin, q.q. John Austin, Transport of Plantation John, situated on the East Coast of the River Demerary, with all the Buildings and Cultivation thereon; to John Newton, q.q. H. F. Sloane.
6. By Philip Burrows, a Second Mortgage on Plantation Waterloo, situated on Leguan Island, with all the Buildings, Cultivation, and a number of 30 Negroes thereon; and a First Mortgage on three Negroes, the names thereof to be seen at the Secretary's Office of this Colony; in favour of Henry Dyett of London.
7. By J. J. Vlaardingerwoud, J. H. Boode and V. A. Heliger [sic], being specially authorised by R. B. Daly, a Mortgage on Plantation Mon Desir, situated in Canal No. 2, West Bank, River Demerary, with all the Buildings, Cultivation, Negroes, and further appurtenances thereto belonging; in favour of J. J. Vlaardingerwoud, J. H. Boode, V. A. Heyliger, Philip Combauld, and John Hall, Trustees appointed by the Right Honorable the Vice-Chancellor of England, to the above Properties.
8. By J. J. Vlaardingerwoud, J. H. Boode, and V. A. Heyliger, being specially authorised by R. B. Daly, for self and right of his wife, Mrs. Maria Daly, a Mortgage on all their right, title, and interest in the Plantations Vlissengen and Nieuwen Aanleg, with all the Appurtenances thereto belonging; in favour of J. J. Vlaardingerwoud, J. H. Boode, V. A. Heyliger, Philip Combauld, and John Hall, Trustees appointed by the Right Honorable the Vice-Chancellor of England, to the above Properties.
9. By John Haywood and John Fraser for self and as Executors to the Last Will and Testament of Alexander Fraser, deceased, as Renewal of a First Mortgage vested on Plantation Good Intent, situated on the West Bank of the River Demerary, in favour of the Loan under the direction of Messrs. Boddaert and Co. of Middelburg.
10. By the Representatives of the Estate of Thomas Cuming, deceased, a Renewal of a First Mortgage vested on Plantation Thomas, situated on the East Sea Coast of the River Demerary; in favour of Messrs. Boddaert and Co. of Middelburg.
11. By R. Bunthorn [sic - probably Burnthorn], q.q. Mrs. Ann Goolsby of London, Transport of Plantation Elizabeth and Success, (in future to be called Success), situated on Leguan Island, with all the buildings, cultivation, and a number of 150 Negroes, the names, thereof to be seen at the Secretary's Office of this Colony; to T. F. Burrows.
12. By T. F. Burrowes [sic], a first Mortgage on Plantation Success, situated as before, with all the buildings, cultivation, and the aforesaid number of 150 negroes - in favor of Messrs. Spoors & Sprenger, of Middelburg.
13. By T. F. Burrowes [sic], a second Mortgage on Plantation Success, situated as before, with all the Buildings, Cultivation, and the aforesaid number of 150 Negroes, in favour of Messrs. Bolton & Littledale, of Liverpool.
14. By the Representative of the Estate of J. C. Stadtman, dec. Transport of the 1/2 Concession or Lot No. 37, situated on the north-dam, Stabroek district, with all the Buildings thereon, to C. Muller.
15. By G. Baker, Transport of the South Half of the Concession or Lot. No. 24, situated in Cumingsburg District, with the Buildings thereon; to the free coloured Henrietta Bishop.
16. By the Representative of Plantation Werk en Rust, a renewal of a First Mortgage vested on said Plantation, executed on the 7th November, 18104, in favour of Messrs. Otto, Sargenton, & Co.
17. By A. Van Der Stok, Transport of the Buildings situated in front of Stabroek District, formerly intended for a Dutch Church, to Alex. Simpson, G. W. Anderson, and G. Buchanan, as specially appointed by a General Meeting, held on the 11th instant, for and in behalf of the body of Subscribers to the Scotch Church.
18. By J. J. Boullier, Transport of the Buildings situated on lot No. 32, in Bridge-Town District, together with all his right, title, and interest, in the land during the present lease; to the widow J. R. Adams.
19. By Ann Downing, Widow of John Downing, deceased, Transport of Plantation Relief, situated on the north point of Leguan Island - to R. B. Knight.
20. By Alex. Arthur, Transport of part of the Concessions No. 78 and 79, situated in Kingston district, being 90 feet in front of the Hospital, and running aback parallel with the canal dam, as far as the boundaries extend, to Ann Griffin and Georgiana Harding.
21. By Ann Sanderson, 2/3ds of the Concession or Lot no. 37, situated in Bridge-Town district, with all the Buildings thereon, together with all her right, title, and interest in the land during the present lease, to John H. Hendy.
22. By the Hon. J. Wilson, Executor to the last Will and Testament of Joseph Hamer, dec. Transport of the Concession No. 52, situated in Cumingsburg district; to Mary Lester and her children.
23. By the Hon. J. Wilson, Executor to the last Will and Testament of Joseph Hamer, dec. Transport of the Concession or Lots No. 55 and 56, to J. W. Duncan.
