His Excellency the Commander in Chief, was pleased to inspect, this morning, the George-Town Battalion, Demerary Militia; and will entertain the Officers, in the evening, at Camp House.

Arrivals - the Swiftsure Packet, thirty-nine days from Falmouth; and the brig Harmony, Woodall, from London.

Departures - the brig Oscar, Johnstone, for Newfoundland; and the brig Tagus, Gemmel, for Glasgow.
