Arrivals Since Our Last. [heading]

Brigs William Neilson, and Roscius, from Liverpool.
Brig Dolphin, from St. John's, N.B.

The Paroquet, Turnbull, from Liverpool, for this Port, was wrecked near Strangford. Crew saved.

PUBLIC VENDUES. [heading]

On Wednesday the 26th of February, by order of P. C. Mickerts, Esq. on the Premises he at present occupies -
The Half Concession No. 49, and the Half Concession No. 50, with all the Buildings thereon, situate on the North-dam, Stabroek. Also, the following very valuable Negroes, viz. Mariana, a most excellent washer, dresser of linen, and house servant; Phiel, a complete groom and house servant; Victoire, an excellent cook, house servant, and lady's maid; Rosetta, a good washer and house maid; Sally, a field negro. Two horses, a chaise with harness complete, nearly new; a large water vat, with satnd, containing 1200 gallons; five French water jars, a drip-stone with frame, a complete set of surgeon's instrument, furniture, consisting of two forte pianos, tables, sofa, chairs, an organ, two pendules, a silver cruet stand, a chrystal compote mounted with silver, silver soup ladle, forks, and spoons, a gold watch, glass ware, and kitchen utensils; also four milch goats, and what further may apper on the day of sale.
Also, by order fo Miss A. M. Luder - the following excellent negroes: Eve, a house servant, with her two children; Delda, a good washerwoman; and Litis, a lady's maid and seamstress; also, Charlotte, a good washerwoman and house-servant, with her child Joe, about eighteen months old. These negroes are sold for no fault whatever, only as their present owner is about to leave the colony.
Also, by order of Mr. H. Cantzlaar - the one fourth lot of land, No. 22, with the buildings thereon, situated on the south dam, Stabroek, behind Mr. Obermuller's, lately occupied by L. P. Van Braam, Esqr. Possession the 6th of March.
Also, by order of Mr. Gillet Cantzlaar, duly authorised by Mr. Schadde Van Wyck, the proprietor - the quarter concession, No. 46, situated on the north dam, Stabroek, with the buildings thereon erected, occupied by said Mr. Schadde Van Wyck. Possession to be given on the 1st of April.
Also, by order of Miss Catharine Van Eeten - the following excellent negroes: Henrietta, a good house-servant, lady's maid, and washer, and her child Bella about five years old. Also Kitty, a good washerwoman and dresser of linen, house servant and lady's maid. These negroes are sold for no fault whatever, only as their present owner is about to leave the colony.
