Notice is hereby given, at the request of Mr. Chs. Hardus Campbell, that he intends to quit the colony in the course of six weeks from date, and therefore requests all persons having demands against him, to render them properly attested within the above period; and those indebted to him to come forward with payment without delay.

At the Commissary Court of the 5th of May, 1817, the following Transports and Mortgages: -
1. By Lewis Forrester, transport of plantation Good Fellowship, or lot No. 1, situate on the east side of Mahaica creek, (the said plantation Good Fellowship to be annexed to plantation Bishop's Hope, and in future to be so called,) - to J. P. Bishop.
2. By the Hon. Geo. Bagot, a second mortgage on his one undivided half of plantation 'T Huis te Dieren, situate on the west coast of the river Essequebo, and with the right of first mortgage on his undivide half of sixty-three negroes, placed on said plantation - in favor of Messrs. Inglis, Ellice, & Co. of London.
3. By Martinus Smit, transport of one half of the concession or lot No. 72, situate on the south side of Stabroek district, with all the buildings thereon - to I. Koozen.
4. By the representatives of the estate of Thomas Cuming, deceased, transport of the concessions or lots No. 114 and 153 - to H. Fox.
5. By idem, transport of the concession or lot No. 172 - to James Graham.
6. By the widow Fiedtkow, transport of plantation Vreede en Vriendschp, situate in the canal No. 1, west bank, river Demerary, with all the buildings and cultivation thereon - to J. A. La Loge.
7. By J. A. La Logie, transport of the above - to Ali Dey.
8. By Ali Dey, a mortgage on said plantation, with all the buildings and cultivation thereon, and on a number of eight negroes, named Jow (a mason), Pieter, George, Bob, Spencer, Belinda, Bella, and Comba - in favor of J. A. La Loge.
9. By Anthony M'Beth, free coloured man, transport of the north half of the concession No. 158, situate in Cumingsburg district - to Thomas Fraser.
10. By James Rutherford, a second mortgage on forty negroes, the names thereof to be seen at the Secretary's Office of this Colony - in favor of Mrs. Landreth.
11. By Elizabeth Goodwin, transport of the concession or lot No. 210, situate in Cumingsburg district, with all the buildings thereon - to Peter M'Lagan.
12. By Edward Austin, transport of the east half of plantation Greenfield, with the buildings, cultivation, and one hundred negroes, situate on the east coast of the river Demerary - to Samuel Massiah, for himself and his brother, Paul Massiah.
13. By Samuel Massiah, for himself and his brother, Paul Massiah, a mortgage on the above, and an addition number of seventy negroes, names to be seen at the Secretary's Office of this Colony - in favor of Edward Austin.
14. By Thomas Frankland, attorney of Ths. De Lisle, transport of all his right, title, and interest, on the south-east corner of lot No. 28, with the land thereunto attached, consisting of twenty-four feet facade, from the southern line of said lot No. 28, and in depth, westerly, eighty-eight feet, from the public street; also transport of the south-western one-fourth of the lot No. 27, being thirty-three feet facade, from a passage taken from the southern side of the western one-half of the said lot No. 27, and in depth one hundred and thirty-one feet, to the draining-trench or western boundary thereof, with the out-buildings thereon; together with a space or communication from the dwelling hous to the south-west one-fourth of lot No. 27, six feet wide, along the southern line of lot No. 28, and the eastern side of the north-west quarter of lot No. 27 - to Francis Carmichael.
15. By the Hon. James Johnstone and John Kingston, attornies of Walter Frys Skerrett, proprietor of plantation Bellevue, situate on the west bank of the river Demerary, an act of confirmation of a certain act or deed of conveyance in trust, or mortgage, passed and executed by their constituent, in London, on the 31st October, 1812, vested on all plantation Bellevue - in favor of Messrs. Gibbons & Boyne, and James Mathias [sic] and Thomas Kennedy Mallet.
16 By the attornies of Gibbons and Boyne, and James Matthias and Thomas Kennedy Mallet, a transport or conveyance of the above mentioned deed trust or mortgage - to and in favor of Messrs. Graham, Simpson, & Weatherburn.
