Public Vendues. [heading] . . .
On Wednesday the 25th of January . . .
Also by order of Miss D. Yearwood - one third of Lot No. 90, with the buildings thereon, situated in Kingston.
Dec. 30. Kingston & Mills.

The vessels mentioned in our last, as then on the bar, were, - the Dutch ship Dageraad, Ri[illegible] from Flushing, - and the brig Vrouw De[illegible] Visser, from Amsterdam. Also, the ship [illegible] Venables; and brig Tagns, Gemmel, London.

It is with the sincerest regret, we announce the departure from this life, of Alexander Grant, Esq. of the House of Simson, Grant, & Co. of this Colony. This event, which occasions the deepest sorrow - not only in his more immediate relations, but in his general acquaintances and friends - has certainly deprived the community of one of its most respectable members. It took place last night, and t[illegible] solemnities this morning.
