The Packet Blucher, arrived yesterday morning - with Papers to the 18th of December. Also, since our last, the brigs Thomas, from Liverpool; Grace, from Newfoundland; and Hugh, from Belfast; the ship Thomas Plumber, from London; and the schooner Fame, from Barbados.

Cleared from this Port: - the Sloop Concord, Dixen, for St. Vincent; and the Ship Nereid, Orr, for Berbice.
