Also, the George, Packet; and schooner Triangle, from Barbados.

Departures. - Schooner Maria, Lyng, for Oronoque and Martinique; a ship Bittern, Herbert, New York; ship Blucher, Pearson, Barbados; and schooner Alert, Fox, for Barbados.

Departed this life on the 10th instant, at his Estate, Bathsheba's Lust, West Coast of Essequebo, in the 78th year of his age, the Hon. P. W. Prins, formerly a member of the Hon. Court of Justice of Essequebo, - much regretted and lamented by his numerous friends and acquaintances.
