Arrived - the ship Ayrshire, King, from Boston; ship St. John, Newfoundland; the Dutch ship Ruimveld, Koert, Amsterdam; and the mail-boat Demerary Packet, from Barbados.
The mail-boat sails for Barbados, on Tuesday morning at 8 o'clock.

The Watson, from London; and Demerary Trader, from North-America, may be hourly expected.

THIS is to inform the Public, that the following persons intend quitting the Colony: -
Nathaniel Dunn, in 14 days or six weeks from Dec. 5.
Johanna Elizabeth Rickherts, and Mietje Schruder, with 2 servants, in 14 days or six weeks, from Dec. 5.
Amelia Gordon, in 14 days or six weeks from Dec. 6.
Henry Bartleson, in 14 days or six weeks from Dec. 7.
James Leich, in 14 days or six weeks from Dec. 7.
Richard Alleyne, in 14 days or six weeks from Dec. 9.
David Macarthy, in 14 days or six weeks from Dec. 12.

Lewis Cameron will transport from Plantation Huntly, twenty-four negroes, the names to be seen at the Secretary's Office of this Colony, to Berbice, in 14 days from Dec. 28.
Wm. Munro will transport one hundred negroes from plantation Novar, in Abary, to the colony of Berbice, (names to be seen at this office,) being part of the gang on the said estate, in 14 days from Jan. 1.

At the Commissary Court of the 6th of January, 1817, will be passed, the following Transports and Mortgages: -
1. By the Honble. V. A. Heyligar, as hereunto authorised by the Honble. Court of Justice of this Colony, transport of the concession or lot No. 22, situate in Werk en Rust district - to the free woman Amelia Voogt.
2. By C. H. De Munick [sic], Guardian to the Minor Johanna Wilhelmina, daughter of Johanna Wilhelmina Brown, deceased, being thereto authorised by the Honble. Court of Justice of this Colony, transport of 49 feet of the half concession or lot No. 39, situate in Stabroek district, with all the buildings thereon, in such matter as it is at present railed in - to Nancy Winter, free coloured woman.
3. By C. H. De Munick [sic], transport of the concession or lot No. 70, situated in Stabroek district, with all the buildings thereon - to John Vial, free coloured man.
4. By the Honble. P. C. Ouckama, q.q. the estate of the late S. Ouckama, deceased, transport of one undivided half of Plantation Tarsis, situate on the west sea coast of Essequebo, with all the buildings, cultivation, and negroes thereto belonging - to P. C. Ouckama.
5. By the Honble. P. C. Ouckama, transport of one undivided half of the concession or lot No. 38, situated in Stabroek district, with all the buildings thereon - to H. C. Everts.
6. By the Representative of the estate of Ths. Cuming, deceased, transport of the concession or lot No. 138, situate in Cumingsburg - to Anthony McBeth.
7. By John Strathie, representing the late Firm of Strathie & Holm, transport of the half concession or lot No. 7, situate in Cumingsburg district, with all the buildings thereon - to Amelia Goding, free coloured woman.
8. By John Strathie, acting Curator over the estate of A. Graff, deceased, by virtue of authority granted by the Court of Justice of this Colony, transport of one-third of the concession or lot No. 17, with the buildings thereon, situated in Charlestown district - to P. C. Ouckama.
9. By one of the Sworn-Clerks in the Secretary's Office of this Colony, thereto duly authorised by appointsment [sic] of his Honor the President of the Court of Justice - transport of the concession or lot No. 112, situate in Cumingsburg district - to Wm. Keith and C. Mauville.
10. By the representatives of Mrs. the Widow P. J. Fabre, and her children, transport of the remaining fourth-part of Plantation Jonge Rachel, situate on the west bank of the river Demerary, between Plantation Goede Verwachting and Hobabo creek; to be united to the last estate, and in future to be called Wales - to Messrs. Edmonstone & Jones.
11. By Ann Sanderson, a mortgage on the quarter lot or concession No. 78, situate in Cumingsburg district, with all the buildings thereon - in favor of Kitty Ann Collier.
12. By the representatives of the estate of S. G. Martens, deceased, transport of one-quarter more or less, of the concession or lot no. 66, situate on the south side of Stabroek district, with all the buildings thereon - to L. Harel.
13. By the attornies of the heirs and trustees of Js. Ogle, deceased, transport of plantation La Reconnoissance, situate on the east coast of the river Demerary, with all the buildings, cultivation, slaves, and further appurtenances thereto belonging - to Spencer and Mackay.
14. By J. G. Walteling, transport of quarter of lot No. 4, situate in Charlestown district - to Hermanus, Joseph, Johannes, Christian, Johanna, Helena, Christina, and Wilhelmina; children of the free coloured woman Christina Maker.
15. By J. A. Kiehing, transport of the northerly half of the concession No. 50, situate in Werk en Rust district, with all the buildings thereon - to the Widow G. Egelin.
16. By J. J. Boullier, transport of the concession No. 41, (so as it is at present railed in), with all the buildings thereon, situated in Werk en Rust district, George-Town - to Thomas Talboys, in relation of trustee of the Methodist Body.
17. By George Lacy, transport of all his right and title in the lot of land No. 36, situate in front of plantation Vlissingen, with all the buildings thereon - to Hugh Mackenzie.
18. By the curators of the estate on N. Rousselet, deceased, transport of lot No. 40, and north-half of lot No. 41, situate in Stabroek, with all the buildings thereon, as sold at public vendue on the 11th of December - to the children of Richard Harding, named Richard, Alleyne, Sarah, Frances, and John Benjamin.
19. By the attorney of the heirs of the late A. C. L. de Winter, transport of plantation Wel te Vreeden, situate on the west sea coast of Essequebo, with all the buildings, cultivation, negroes, and further appurtenances - to F. Butteweg.
20. By F. Butteweg, transport of the said plantation Wel te Vreeden, situate as before, without any buildings or negroes - to John and William Austin.
21. By James Dalzell, transport of plantation Little Diamond, situate on the east sea coast of Demerary river, with all the buildings, cultivation, negroes, and further appurtenances - to the Honble. Allen Dalzell.
22. By R. B. Knight, transport of one-sixth part being the eastern half of the eastern third or lot No. 57, in Cumingsburg, with all the buildings thereon - to Sarah Lynch.
23. By Idem, transport of one-sixth part, being the western half of the eastern third of said lot No. 57, in Cumingsburg - to H. B. Maggee.
24. By the curators of the estate of N. Ronsselet [sic], transport of the concessions No. 1, 2, and 29, with all the buildings thereon, situated in Charlestown district, known as Yorkshire-Hall, and in future to be called Anglesey-Hall - to John Jones.
25. By J. A. Otto, by virtue of an order of the Honble. Court of Criminal and Civil Justice of this Colony, dated 14th of November, 1816, a third mortgage on plantation Anna Catharina, situate in Canal No. 1, Demerary river, with all the buildings, cultivation, and negroes - in favor of Mrs. the Widow C. Van Dyk.
