Arrivals. - Ship Princess Royal, from Newfoundland; ship Diana, and brig Harriet, from Liverpool; and schooner Acadian, from Halifax. By the brig, we have been favoured with London Papers to the 21st of March, and Liverpool to the 22d. By the schooner, those of Halifax to the 2d of April.

In the case of Mr. Talboys, mentioned in our last, the arrest has been decided - legal. A suit will now be instituted, at the instance of Mr. Faber, for defamation.
