BANNS of MATRIMONY - between John Tally, born in Barbados, bachelor, being of age, and of the Protestant religion, on the one part; and Miss Constantia De Weever, born in this colony, a minor, but with consent of, and assisted by, her brother, Cornelis De Weever, on the other part.
Any person knowing just cause or impediment why the above parties should not be joined together in Holy Matrimony, must declare the same at the Colonial Secretary's Office.

The Subscriber, wishing to leave the Colony with his family, offers for sale, cheap for immediate payment, lot No. 40 and half 41, up the Brick Dam, in Stabroek district, with all the buildings thereon - the dwelling house, a side building, and water cistern with a pump, having been very lately put in compleat order, with some additions and improvements, and the dwelling house painted in and outside; also a very comfortable dwelling house in the yard, wanting very little repairs, and the said lot and half are newly railed in, with wallaba posts, staves and greenheart laths, with two greenheart gates and bridges. Possession will be given when payment is made, at the Commissary Court in November next, when a Transport will be given; and if Lot No. 40, should not be sold before the middle of October, it will be to let, 5, 7, or 10 years, to an approved renter.
The Subscriber also offers for sale, Lot No. 100, in Cumingsburg, aback of the new Market; and any or the whole of his furniture.
