MILITIA ORDERS.
The Five Companies of Infantry Militia of the Stabroek District, will Parade on Saturday the 6th of October, at half past Four o'Clock in the Afternoon, on their usual Parade Ground. - The Commanding Officers expects a full Attendance.

Alzoo den Heer J. W. Robinson, alsmede de vrye Negerinne Mary Shaslin en den vryen Mulat William Goodwin, voorneemens zyn, binnen den tyd van veertien dagen van hier te vertrekken, zo wordt zulks mits deezen bekend gemaakt, ten einde die geenen welke iets van hun te pretendeeren hebben, of aan hun verschuldigd zyn, hunne Pretensien komen ontvangen, of hunne Schulden betaalen ter hunner Domicilium.

PUBLICK AUCTIONS. [heading]

On Monday the 1st of October, will be Exposed for Sale at the King's Stores, with the Approbation of Lieutenant Colonel Nicholson, Commandant; - Ninety-six 1/2 barrels of Flour, one Tierce of Rice, and ten Tierces of Pease. Payment must be made immediately in Cash.

On Wednesday the 3d of October, will be Exposed for Sale to the highest Bidders, by Order of Obermuller Esqr. at the House lately occupied by F. C. Engels in Stabroek. - An Assortment of Dry Goods.

Laurin Esqr. at his Store; - An assortment of Provisions consisting of beef, pork, hams, cheese, butter, hogs lard, herrings, porter, ale, claret, hock, gin, brandy, London particular madeira wine in half pipes, Flemish linen, oznabrugs, Negro cloathing, &c. &c.

On Friday the 12th of October will be Sold to the highest Bidders, at the House of Mr. William Neil, by Order of John Oliverson Esqr. - 50 Hogsheads of Cod Fish, first quality.

On Monday the 15th October, will be Exposed for Sale to the highest Bidders, by Order of C. M. Overweg Esqr. at his house; - 31 barrels of Beef, Imported in the Brig Matilda, Capt. Judge, from London, a Lot of Land called de Dankbaarheid, situated on the West Coast of Demerary river, opposite Hymaroen, a parcel of copper wire, Plantation utensils, paints, a quantity of Law books, Household Furniture, Negroes, &c. &c.

BEKENDMAKING van 't EXPLOITEURS COMPTOIR. [heading]

Uit krachte van Extract Notul, in zaake P. C. Ouckama, aangestelde Curator in de Boedel wylen Rd. Sample. Zo werden door my ondergeschreeve Exploiteur van den Edele Achtbaare Hove van Justitie, by deeze voor de Tweedemaal GEDAGVAARD. Alle bekende en onbekende Crediteuren van voornoemde Boedel: omme te Compareeren voor den Heer Raad Commissaris uit den Edele Achtbaare Hove van Justitie, Zittende ter Audientie der veertiendaagsche Rolle op de Hoofdplaatze Stabroek, tegens den eersten October eerstkomende en volgende da gen. Ten fine aldaar een iegelyk zyne Pretentien behoorlyk te kome op- en aangeeven en voorts daarby te dienen van hunne sustenue[umlaut]n als na Raade, zullende na expiratie van deeze 2de, 3de en 4de laatste exsuperabondanti edicte geprocedeerd worden tot het obtineeren
van het eeuwig Silentium, zynde dit de Tweede Edictaale Citatie, Gepubliceerd, Gea[umlaut]ssigeerd daar en war het behoord.

Notice is hereby given, that the Subscriber will have occasion by the Sailing of the Fleet, to draw Bills on the Right Honble. and Honble the Principal Officers of His Majesty's Ordnance; - The Bills will be drawn at 30 days sight, and a Preference given to those who tender Money at the highest Exchange

The Underwritten, Hugo Cantzlaar J.z. and I. L. Eils, having a General and Special Power of Messrs. Otto, Sargenton & Co. of Amsterdam, in quality of Holders of certain Mortgages on the Plantation Toevlugt, situate in this River, and also of Mr. J. Sargenton, in quality as for one fourth part Owner of said Estate Toevlugt, as their Attornies in this Colony, and also (as far as they are concerned) as Administrators of said Property, by Virtue of the Powers of Attorney at the Secretary's Office here Registered; acquaints herewith all Parties concerned requesting not to conclude any transactions concerning said Property, with Mr. George Mahlsted, without the previous Notice and Approbation of the Subscribers, in default whereof they will be considered as Void and of no effect.

A. Baum Informs all those Interested in his Lottery, that on Saturday the 20th October, will be the day of the Drawing, at his House in Stabroek, to commence at 9 o'Clock in the Morning.
All those who have not paid Cash for their Tickets, are requested to Pay for them either to himself or Mr. M. Jacobs, Who is Authorised to receive Money and give Receipts.
N.B. There are a few Tickets yet remaining which can be had for Cash.

Walcott's for value received of Me for a Negro Man named Cuffy, for the Sum of Seven Hundred Guilders, the said Obligation being Lost, doth by these presents hereby Indemnify the said Walcott from the same, and therefore consider it Null and Void for ever.

FOR SALE. [heading]
Plantation Broom Hall situated in Little Courabana, containing 500 Acres of Land, with 80 or 100 Negroes, as a Purchaser wishes, about 300 Acres planted in Cotton and 60 in Plantains, with excellent Hard Wood Buildings mostly new. Also Lot 28, East side Mahaica Creek, which joins the above Property and will be sold either with or without it, containing 250 Acres of Land or thereabouts, uncultivated.
2d. The Middle one third of Lots No. 17 and 18, situated on the West Sea Coast of Courantine in Berbice, being 110 Rood facade or thereabouts, containing 333 1/3 Acres Land in the first Grant with the advantage of a second depth, empolder'd a thousand Rood deep and Public Road made through it.
3d. The Eastern one third of said Lots 17 and 18 with Thirty to Forty Seasoned Negroes, as a Purchaser wishes, about 250 Acres Planted in Cotton and 60 Acres in Plantains, with the same quantity of Land and Advantage of a second depth.
4th. The Western two thirds of Lots 19 and 20, adjoining the above, containing 666 1/3 Acres of Land, with all the Bush cut down, partly cleared away, and about 40 to 50 Acres ready drained for Planting.
5th. Lots 46 and the West half of 47 on the same Coast, containing 750 Acres Land uncultivated, except a Public Road made thro' them.
