Notice. - His Excellency has this day been pleased to make the following Appointment:
William Cottnam Tonge, Esqr. to the Situation of Assistant-Government-Secretary.
King's House, George-Town, this Third Day of October, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifteen, and in the Fifty-Fifth Year of His Majesty's Reign.
By His Excellency's Command,

The Arrivals since our last, are the brig John Langton, from Portsmouth, N.A.; the schooner Comet, from Barbados; the sloop Maria Elizabeth, from Amsterdam; and the packet Manchester, out nearly two months from Falmouth.
